Return & Refund Policy

At Lucky Leif, every watch is carefully assembled by hand in Sweden and individually inspected before shipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must:

• Be in its original condition
• Show no signs of wear or damage
• Include all original packaging and accessories
• Be returned in protective packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luckyleif.co and include photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Because each watch is assembled in small batches, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed. If you’d like a different model, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
